30-Day Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if this is not the case for any reason you may return your item within 30 days of receiving to exchange or for a full refund within the UK / EU and less postage costs Worldwide.
Here’s how to return an item:

Contact us at sales@samssports.co.uk with your order number including reason for return and you will be provided with further instructions.

Pack the item securely in original conditon with all tags attached and box intact.

Send the item back using a recorded delivery service keeping proof of postage.
We will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item and this will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or the wrong item has been sent.
